About the Brewery

Sixpoint Brewery was founded in 2004, out of an 800 square foot garage in Red Hook, Brooklyn, but the real birth of Sixpoint begins at the dawn of civilization when the earliest societies began cultivating grains to make fermented beverages and the desire for excellence in the craft of brewing was forged. Sixpoint Brewery’s Resin zeroes in on the botanical structure of the hop cone to get to the essence of this beer. When hops are at their peak maturity, their cores swell up with a sticky, resinous substance that is the flavor you crave from an IPA.
