I started getting into hazy NEIPA while visiting local breweries. So I decided I wanted to give it a go and brew my own NEIPA. This kit was a great way to get started especially for those who are new to the hobby! Thank you Craftabrew!
This is a really flavorful beer. Definitely recommend
The beer came out great. Instructions were very easy to follow and educational. Had a question about early fermentation so I emailed the company who took care of my concern with consideration. My beer came out looking more amber than the photos, but it tastes like a classic NEIPA. Carbonation just right. Would definitely brew again!
This was my second Craft a Brew recipe after trying the Fat Friar and loving that recipe. This NEIPA is fantastic as well. The aroma from the hop varieties is very tropical and the taste is spot on for this style. Note that with all the hops you will have a decent amount of sludge in the bottom of your fermenter, so you won't get as many bottles compared to some styles.
Very good. Very hoppy.
