Hawaiian Flower honey has an incredibly unique floral flavor. It’s made from the nectar of Hawaiian tropical wildflowers on The Big Island, like hibiscus, plumeria & ginger. This is a truly special honey for mead making. 

This 40 oz (2.5 lb) bottle of Hawaiian Flower Honey can be used with our Mead Making Kit or Mead Recipe Kit to make 1 gallon of honey wine. This honey can also be used to backsweeten your mead.
