This Sláinte Irish Red Ale 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit brews a hoppy Irish Ale that is dosed 6 times with citrusy, piney Simcoe hops & flowery, tropical Amarillo hops. There's even a dry hop addition! It's fermented with Fermentis S-04, an English Ale yeast strain that provides a floral, fruity finish. The foundation of this brew is a generous & distinctive grain bill, which creates a beautiful copper color in your glass, sharp flavor and foamy head. This Irish Red Ale is full bodied & smooth - you'll taste a touch of coffee roast, dryness & biscuity flavor.
