This is the same Mead Yeast Nutrient Blend that is included in our Mead Making Kit and Mead Recipe Kit. Our bulk Mead Yeast Nutrient can treat up to 10 gallons or can be used for multiple smaller batches of mead. A brewing scale is highly recommended for measuring accurate doses in grams.
Contains a blend of Diammonium phosphate (DAP), Fermaid K & Potassium Carbonate, all of which create a nutrient rich environment for yeast. Mead isn't naturally as nutrient dense as other fermentable sugars, like beer malts or wine grapes. Mead Yeast Nutrient keeps yeast healthy and productive throughout fermentation.
