Elevate your homemade hard ciders and beers with our Seasonal Spices. Available in a single pack, a 3 pack, and a 5 pack, each pack of beer spices includes cinnamon bark, allspice berries, and whole cloves. This blend of classic mulling spices adds warmth, and depth to your homebrewed beer, or hard cider. Use one packet per gallon.

Ferment your hard cider or beer as usual. Add 1 packet of hard cider spices (per gallon) to your fermenter 3 days before bottling. OR - for a more intense spice flavor - create a tincture 2 days before bottling. Make a tincture by soaking hard cider spices in 1 oz of vodka (or bourbon, rum or preferred spirit) for 2 days. Discard the solids & add the liquid to your cooled priming sugar on bottling day.
