The Italians have their own way with the Pinot Gris grape variety, and in the process they create a special magic with it that's unmatched elsewhere in the wine world. Though dry in character and with a pleasant zip of acidity, this Pinot Grigio shows off a pleasant floral fragrance and tremendous fruit flavors.
I'm on my fourth batch and each one was clear, tangy and refreshing. Will be great for the summer!
This is my 3rd refill and its been consistent each time, I shared it with friends and family and everyone can't believe I made it, I finally have a purpose! LOL Very smooth and easy to make. I'm sure I will be ordering more.
Very clear and crisp. The clean citrus after taste is what makes it better than store bought .
I really wanted to get into winemaking, but honestly it’s hard to figure out how to do it properly. This kit was nice because it had all the required equipment as well as the stuff for the winemaking process itself. This is my third kit now from Craft a Brew, and I’m pretty happy with how things turned out. They offered great customer support back when I was confused about a few steps and got me right on my way. There are a couple things that I think would make the process a lot more interesting, the biggest being letting us know where our grapes came from and when they were harvested. Otherwise, it’s a great, and economical way, to get your feet wet. I’m probably going to go bigger soon (5 gallon kits), thanks to Craft a Brew!
