This wine recipe kit comes with all the ingredients to ferment a gallon of Pinot Grigio. Compatible with any 1 gallon carboy, like the one included in our Wine Kit, Brew Kit or Hard Cider Kit, or your preferred 1 gallon fermenter. The recipe kit includes:
- Pinot Grigio Juice with yeast, clarifiers and additives
- Corks (5)
- Sanitizer
The Italians have their own way with the Pinot Gris grape variety, and in the process they create a special magic with it that's unmatched elsewhere in the wine world. Though dry in character and with a pleasant zip of acidity, this Pinot Grigio shows off a pleasant floral fragrance and tremendous fruit flavors.

This kit was nice because it had all the required equipment as well as the stuff for the winemaking process itself. This is my third kit now from Craft a Brew, and I’m pretty happy with how things turned out. They offered great customer support back when I was confused about a few steps and got me right on my way. There are a couple things that I think would make the process a lot more interesting, the biggest being letting us know where our grapes came from and when they were harvested. Otherwise, it’s a great, and economical way, to get your feet wet. I’m probably going to go bigger soon (5 gallon kits), thanks to Craft a Brew!
