Our Hard Cider Kit comes with all the supplies you will need to make THREE 1-gallon batches of dry sparkling hard cider at home, including:
- Glass Carboy
- Funnel
- Racking Cane
- Rubber Stopper
- Transfer tubing

- A No-Nonsense Guide to Making Your own Hard Cider
- Hard Cider Recipe (Enough for 3 batches)
- Sanitizer
- OPTIONAL: Mulling Spice Blend (1 or 3 packets), featuring cinnamon bark, allspice berries & cloves
*Cider not included. This kit works with any Apple Juice or Cider.
*Not just for apple juice. Use this recipe kit to transform other fruit juices into fruit wine. We recommend using at least a 50% apple juice base to guarantee enough fermentable sugars for the yeast. Try half tart cherry juice or half pear juice or whatever your favorite flavor is! Citrus juice is not recommended because it’s super acidic and the sugar content can be a bit low. So steer clear of orange, lemon, lime or grapefruit juices.
