This Dial Thermometer with Probe is compatible with our 8 Gallon Brew Kettle with Thermometer & Ball Valve Ports. This brew kettle thermometer has a large 3” display and a 4” probe, which fits the top of the 2 kettle ports. Easy to read and accurate.

A Dial Thermometer with Probe helps you accurately monitor temperatures in your brew kettle, which is important when steeping grains, mashing, or chilling wort.

The Specs:

• 3 inch (7.62 cm) analog dial face
• 4 inch (10.16 cm) probe
• Intended for use with 8 gallon brew kettle with 2 ports (LINK)
• Temperature range from 0-220ºF (-10 - 100ºC)

If you ever want to remove this brew kettle thermometer, just plug the empty kettle port with a 1/2" Hex Plug for kettles.
