The name wildflower is given to honey harvested from bees that pollinate multiple flowers. The main floral sources for our wildflower honey are naturally occurring wildflowers in South Brazil. Now available in a 12 oz bottle, perfect for backsweetening mead, blending with other honey or adding to beers (like our Honey Weizen or White House Honey Ale).
This wildflower honey for backsweetening mead is reddish amber in color with herbal, floral and sweet notes, perfect for a simple mead or a fruited mead!
This 12 oz bottle of Wildflower Honey can be used can be used to backsweeten a batch of mead. Just be sure to stabilize with Potassium Sorbate first. To make 1 gallon of honey wine, try our 40 oz Wildflower Honey.
