Designed to connect directly to The Catalyst’s butterfly valve system, this large-capacity wide mouth mason jar helps collect hops, trub, yeast, and fermentation solids without requiring siphoning or transferring beer between vessels. Its 32 oz volume makes it especially useful for high gravity beers, heavily hopped brews, and recipes containing fruit or brewing adjuncts where additional sediment volume is expected.
