Coriander Seed

Add a spicy, citrusy aroma and flavor to your homebrew with Coriander Seed. Traditionally used in Belgian Ales, Wheat Ales and Spiced Ales.

Package contains 2 Oz of Whole Coriander Seeds.

Use 0.1 - 0.2 Oz per gallon.

HOW-TO use Coriander Seed: Crack seeds open with mortar & pestle or the bottom of a sturdy beer glass. Add to wort toward the end of the boil.

• Add to a Hefeweizen or Golden Strong Ale.
• An excellent addition to beers fermented with BW-20 Belgian Wheat Beer Yeast.
• Use in combination with Sweet Orange Peel for layered citrusy flavor.
