Curious about Kveik yeast? K.22 Stalljen Kveik Yeast from Kveik Yeastery is a tropical Norwegian strain with big mango and pineapple aromas, complemented by orange and lemon esters. Higher fermentation temperatures will intensify these flavors.

Collected from Hornindal’s Stalljen brewery, this strain is ideal for IPAs, pseudo-lagers, hazy styles, and warm-weather fermentations.

Ferments in just 3–4 days at 88–95ºF, but has a flexible fermentation temperature range between 54–100ºF. A great option for brewers without temp control.

This active dry yeast does not require hydration or a yeast starter to begin fermentation. This 7g packet treats a 5 gallon batch of beer.
