Safale BE-134 Belgian Saison Dry Yeast produces dry, refreshing beers. The yeast strain exhibits high attenuation, meaning the yeast consumes more wort sugars & produces a drier finished beer.

This yeast strain also produces fruity, floral, spicy & phenolic (clove-like) notes. It's also great at reducing diacetyl - a buttery off-flavor - in finished beer.
