Constructed from food-grade plastic, this fermenter is lightweight, durable, and easy to clean. The bucket features volume calibration markings from 1 to 5 gallons (with half-gallon increments), making measuring simple. While ideal for fermentations up to 6.5 gallons, the bucket can hold nearly 7 gallons to the rim.

Use with a grommeted lid & airlock for fermentation, or an undrilled lid for storage.
