Briess Bavarian Wheat DME is a blend of wheat and pale malt with neutral, malty flavor. This DME is ideal for wheat beers OR as a body & foam enhancing addition to other beer styles. It is not pre-hopped, allowing you full creative control over your brews.

DME has many advantages over all grain, including shorter brew day, improved body & head retention, and consistency between batches.

Available in 2 sizes: 1 lb or 5 lb bags (for 1 gallon and 5 gallon beers).
