Fermax Yeast Nutrient
Fermax Yeast Nutrient is an excellent source of nitrogen for yeast. It helps optimize yeast activity and improve fermentation speed. It's also great for restarting a stuck or stalled fermentation. Fermax helps improve yeast's attenuation (its ability to convert sugars).
Fermax contains diammonium phosphate (DAP), dipotassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate and yeast extract. A balanced blend of inorganic nitrogen, phosphates, minerals and amino acids.
Package contains 4 Oz Fermax.
Add 1 - 1.5 teaspoons per gallon when pitching yeast. Do not over-dose your wort or must. Using too much Fermax can increase fermentation temperature and stress the yeast, creating off flavors.
