Hawaiian Flower honey is made from the nectar of Hawaiian tropical wildflowers on The Big Island, like hibiscus, plumeria & ginger. Now available in a 12 oz bottle, perfect for backsweetening mead, blending with other honey or adding to beers (like our Honey Weizen or White House Honey Ale).

This 12 oz bottle of Hawaiian Wildflower Honey can be used to backsweeten a batch of mead. Just be sure to stabilize with Potassium Sorbate first. To make 1 gallon of honey wine, try our 40 oz Hawaiian Wildflower Honey.
