This 16 oz Kerr wide mouth mason jar is an exact replacement for the jar that comes with The Catalyst Fermentation System. The Catalyst features a butterfly valve compatible with wide mouth mason jars. Sediment and yeast collect in a removable jar so you don't have to use a siphon to transfer your beer.
