Powdered acid makes it easy to balance flavors and boost complexity in a hard cider, apple wine or fruit wine post-fermentation. Ideal for adding a vibrant, apple-like zing. Add a pinch to your fermenter after fermentation is complete. Taste the following day and balance to your taste to achieve desired acidity.
