    Awesome Amber Ale

I really enjoyed making this ale. It was the first time I have brewed my own beer. It was fun and mostly simple. The syphoning was the hardest part. Everything worked out. The ale tastes fantastic! It has a full deep flavor that I really enjoy!

    Good start!

This was very easy to do and the instructions were a breeze. 4 wks later I was enjoying the fruits of my labor. Mine was lacking in head retention but that could be user error. I plan on brewing again to compare results.
