• Simcoe hops (bittering)
• Amarillo hops (flavor)
• Simcoe & Amarillo hops (flameout & hopstand)
• Amarillo hops (dry hop)
• 2 lb specialty grains (Caramunich I, Caramel 60L, flaked oats, roasted barley)
• Grain steeping bag
